Terms of Service
Last updated: June 19, 2026. By using intervues.club or requesting a seat on the waitlist, you agree to these terms.
1. The service
Intervues provides voice-led AI interview practice for candidates and structured voice screening for hiring teams. Outputs include session transcripts, scores, preparation reports, and hiring fit reports. The service is provided on an early-access basis while we expand capacity.
2. Eligibility & accounts
You must provide accurate information when joining the waitlist or creating an account. You are responsible for activity under your email address. One person per waitlist seat — no automated bulk signups.
3. Acceptable use
- Practice mode is for rehearsal only. You may not use Intervues as a live copilot during a real interview you are taking.
- You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the service.
- Hiring teams must obtain appropriate consent from candidates before enabling integrity monitoring or biometric-adjacent checks.
- You may not use the service to discriminate unlawfully or to process data you do not have a lawful basis to process.
4. Credits & pricing
Intervues sells credits, not subscriptions. One credit typically covers one full interview plus its report unless stated otherwise at purchase. Published prices on the site are illustrative until checkout is live; your price is confirmed at purchase. Waitlist members may receive promotional credits (e.g. three free credits at launch) under terms communicated at the time of grant. Credits are non-transferable unless we say otherwise.
5. Reports & decisions
Reports are generated from what you said and did in session. They are preparation tools and hiring signals — not guarantees of employment outcomes. Hiring teams remain solely responsible for hiring decisions. Intervues does not automatically reject candidates based on integrity flags; flags are evidence for human review.
6. Intellectual property
We own the Intervues brand, software, and report templates. You own your own interview content (what you said and wrote). We need a limited licence to process that content to run the session and deliver your report.
7. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data. It is incorporated into these terms by reference.
8. Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” during early access. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. AI systems can mis-hear or mis-score; use reports as one input among many.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Intervues and its founders are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or hiring outcomes. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or USD $100 if you have not paid us.
10. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend access for breach of these terms or to protect the service. On termination, your right to use the service ends; deletion rights in the Privacy Policy still apply.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence where applicable.
