Last updated: June 19, 2026. Intervues (“we,” “us”) operates intervues.club — voice-led interview practice for candidates and structured screening for hiring teams.
1. What we collect
Waitlist. If you request a seat, we collect your name, email, and whether you are preparing or hiring. We store a referral code and referral counts so we can honour queue position fairly.
Practice & screening sessions. When you run an interview, we process voice audio, video if enabled, transcripts, code written in the live editor, system-design canvas content, and derived scores and reports. Session metadata includes timestamps, role blueprints, and technical logs needed to operate the service.
Hiring-side integrity signals. When enabled by your organisation, we may process presence or eye-tracking signals during high-stakes screens. Candidates are told what is monitored before they begin. Integrity flags are shared with the hiring team only — not as a public label on the candidate.
Scheduling. If you book a demo via Calendly, Calendly processes your booking data under their own policy. We receive the information you provide for the meeting.
2. How we use data
- To run mock interviews and produce your fifty-page preparation report
- To run structured screening and fit reports for hiring teams
- To operate the waitlist and communicate about early access
- To improve reliability, safety, and accent calibration — on your data only, not by selling it
- To comply with law and respond to lawful requests
We do not sell your practice. We do not share your sessions with advertisers, data brokers, or other model trainers. We do not train unrelated third-party models on your voice or transcripts.
3. Storage & processors
Data is stored on infrastructure we control, including Supabase-hosted databases for waitlist records. Voice and session artefacts may pass through subprocessors required to run speech recognition, language models, and report generation. We use service providers under contractual confidentiality and data-processing terms appropriate to the regions we serve.
4. Retention & deletion
You may delete individual sessions or your entire history from within the product when that control is available, or by writing to admin@intervues.club. When you delete, we remove associated recordings, transcripts, and reports from active systems within a reasonable period, subject to backup rotation and legal hold requirements.
Waitlist entries remain until you ask us to remove them or until they are superseded by a full account.
5. Candidate rights (hiring mode)
If you sit a structured screen arranged by an employer or agency, your hiring organisation is the primary controller for hiring decisions. Intervues processes session data to deliver the interview and fit report on their instructions. You may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data under applicable law — contact us and we will coordinate with the hiring organisation where required.
6. International transfers
We may process data in India and other countries where our providers operate. Where required, we implement appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.
7. Security
We use encryption in transit, access controls, and least-privilege internal access. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure; we work to protect your data proportionate to its sensitivity.
8. Children
Intervues is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
9. Changes
We may update this policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised date.
